Health:
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
4. Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.
5. Make time to practice prayer, meditation and yoga..
6. Play more games.
7. Read more books than you did in 2008.
8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
9. Sleep for 7 hours.
10. Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day. And while you walk, smile.
Personality
11. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
12. Don't have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
13. Don't over do. Keep your limits.
14. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
15. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.
16. Dream more while you are awake.
17. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
18. Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.

anyway aku sorg mama yg TEGAS..tp walau camne tegas n garang pon aku...aku tetap akan kalah dgn ank2...hehehe...especially boboy...
yelah aku suka marah2 bila tgk rumah bsepah....smp leh jd tarzan aku rasa...
tp camne pon aku marah pada ank2...aku tewas bila dorg slalu puji masakanku...penampilan ku...apa saja yg aku buat...pastu dorg akan blumba2 nk tido or duduk sebelah ku bila time menonton tv...

1.My dotter ni suka sgt mgumpul teddy bear..atas katil dia da hampir separuh teddy bear....

3.sorg yg becok...kuat bcakap...kuat bciter...erti kata lain kuat mbebel...hehehe
4.suka dok dlm bilik air lama2 dekat sejam pon xkuar lg...ikut peel ayahnyer...hehehe
5.suka menari...slalu mbuat persembahan di sekolah...skg ni dia lak suka menari poco2 ...(mak dia lak kurang suka..hehehe)
6.dia akan makan dgn byk klu aku myuap makan...so skg ni setiap kali makan malam aku akan suapkn 2 beradik ni mkn.

1.My son ni ni suka sgt menonton upin & ipin..hagemaru..ultraman..siap leh buat aksi lg tu...yg jd mangsa kakak dia la..fiffy...
2.kuat myakat...kuat mbebel...kuat bciter pasal katun2 dia...(ni kes klu aku or ayah dia xtgk sama dia...dia akan citer smpai we ol pening kpala)
3.suka koleksi transformers,kete lumba bli kt shell (ayah dia kena pow kt stesen myak shell)
4.mcm ank marsya...dgr kata n rajin...xpayah suruh buat homework...pas lunch je dia trus buat..ingatan dia tajam...apa yg kita ckp dia ikut..
5.we ol panggil dia adik or boboy...suka mlaserkn org klu org tu xbetul dipandangan dia...(bebaik la klu jmpa boboy)
6.dia sgt suka tido disebelah ku...erti kata lain suka nk bkepit dgn aku..
7.suka backing aku klu ayah nyer nyakat aku..dulu2 dia suka backing ayah dia...skg tidak lg...bikin ayah nyer geram...hahahah
